Help & encouragement after the death of a loved one or friend
GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. Built around a 13-week video curriculum, our GriefShare support group meets weekly to help you face the challenges of grief and move from mourning to joy.
Tuesdays, 6:30-8pm
Each week a small group of our ladies join together for encouragement and connection. Together we study scripture and discuss ways it applies to our lives today. Join us on Mondays at 1pm! We'd love to grow with you!
On Tuesdays, the men from several local churches gather in our Family Life Center for breakfast, prayer and discussion. Our aim is to build friendships and encourage one another - just like iron sharpens iron! Join us on Tuesdays at 8am!

Emmanuel - God with us! Above all else, on Christmas we remember the birth of Jesus and the great lengths that God has gone to in order for His people to experience His presence. Join us on Christmas Eve for a simple service where we center our hearts and minds on that presence and the true reason for celebration on this glorious night! In our community, churches come together joyfully in unified worship! Join us on Sunday, December 12 for a Community Christmas Service hosted by the Lake Whitney Ministerial Alliance. The service will be held at 6pm at the First Baptist Church of Whitney.
